1. Orders & Returns

Q: What is your return policy?

A: We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a30-day, hassle-free return policyfor all items. The return window begins from the date you receive your shipment.


Q: What are the conditions for a return?
A: To be eligible for a full refund:The item must be in its original, pristine condition.It must be repackaged in the original manufacturer's packaging, including all boxes, foam, and protective materials.The product must be unused, uninstalled, and free of any damage, marks, or wear.All included manuals, accessories, and parts must be returned.

Q: How do I start a return process?
A: Please log in to your account on our website and navigate to the "Order History" section to initiate a return. Alternatively, contact our Customer Service team at service@smartdiytool.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions.

Q: Are there any non-returnable items?
A: Yes, for health and safety reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned:Any product that has been used, installed, or is not in its original condition.

Custom-made or specially ordered tools.Clearance items or items marked as "Final Sale."

2. Shipping & Delivery

Q: What are your shipping options and timelines within the United States?
A: For our customers in the continental United States:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days after your order is processed and shipped. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is on its way.
  • Expedited Shipping (2-3 Business Days): Available at an additional cost. Selected at checkout.
  • Processing Time: Please allow 1-2 business days for us to process and prepare your order for shipment before the transit time begins.

Q: Do you ship internationally? What are the timelines and costs?
A: Yes, we ship to many countries worldwide.

  • Standard International Shipping: Delivery typically takes 7-14 business days after processing and shipment.
  • Please Note: International shipping times do not include time spent in customs. Delays due to customs are beyond our control.
  • Shipping Costs & Duties: International shipping costs are calculated at checkout. The customer is responsible for any and all import duties, taxes, and customs fees levied by the destination country. These are not included in the product or shipping price.

Q: How can I track my order?
A: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also check the status of your order by logging into your account on our website.

When do I receive my order?
When placing the order, a day of shipment is indicated. After the order has been placed, the same delivery time will also be stated on the order confirmation. It is therefore never possible that during the order, the shipping day on the website, is different than on the order confirmation.

I now see the longer delivery time of (a part of) my order. How can I cancel it?
If the order has a longer delivery time than you had previously seen, it is of course possible to cancel (a part of) the order. For this you can contact our customer service. They will cancel the order for you. The purchase amount will be back on your bank account within two working days. When an order has already been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.


When will I receive the invoice for my order?
When you have paid for the order, you will not automatically receive an invoice for your order. If you wish to receive an invoice, this can be done in two ways.The first way is through your account at our store. When you log in to your account you can see your orders and download the invoice.
