Q: How Do I Change Or Cancel My Order?

A:We are unable to guarantee an order can be modified or canceled after it has been placed. Please email us at service@smartdiytool.com immediately after placing your order and we will let you know promptly (within 24 business hours) if we are able to cancel or modify your order.

Q: Can I Mark An Order As A Gift?

Yes. During checkout, you can add the "This is a gift" note. We will then omit pricing information from the packaging. If you’ve already placed an order, contact our support team with your order number, and we’ll update it accordingly.

Q: How Do I Start A Return?

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at service@smartdiytool with your order number and reason for return. We will guide you through the process and provide a return authorization and instructions.

Q: How Can I Exchange A Product?

Exchanges are subject to product availability. Please start by requesting a return as described above, and specify the product you’d like to exchange it for. We will assist you with the exchange process and any applicable price differences.

Q: How Long Does It Take For A Return To Process?

Once we receive your returned item, processing typically takes 5–7 business days. After processing, refunds may take an additional 3–10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment method. We will notify you via email once each step is complete.

Q: Can You Add Discounts To Outlet Items?

Outlet or clearance items are already offered at our lowest promotional pricing, so additional discounts or coupon codes generally cannot be applied. For special cases, please contact our support team with your request, and we will review it accordingly.
